1. PARTIES
This Agreement is concluded between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below.

2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Agreement:

Seller: The company offering goods for sale through the Website.
Product: Any physical goods offered for sale through the Website.
Parties: The Buyer and the Seller.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The prices listed and advertised on the website represent the sales price of the product(s). These prices remain valid until they are updated or changed.

8. PRIVACY, SECURITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The SELLER takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of information entered on the website.
However, since the information is entered from the BUYER’s device, the BUYER is responsible for protecting their device against unauthorized access, viruses, or similar threats.
All intellectual property rights related to the website, including content, design, logos, images, product descriptions, and other materials belong to the SELLER unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. GENERAL TERMS
The BUYER confirms that they have read and understood the product information, pricing, payment conditions, and delivery details before completing the order.
Each product will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe depending on the delivery location and shipping provider.
The SELLER agrees to deliver the product in accordance with the specifications stated on the website and free from manufacturing defects.
If the ordered product becomes unavailable, the SELLER will inform the BUYER and may offer a product of equal quality and price.
If delivery becomes impossible, the SELLER will notify the BUYER and refund the payment within 14 days.
If payment is canceled or not completed, the SELLER is not obligated to ship the order.
The SELLER may contact the BUYER via email, phone, or other communication channels for order updates, customer service, or legal notifications.
The BUYER agrees to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse acceptance of visibly damaged packages from the shipping carrier.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
The BUYER has the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
To exercise the right of return, the BUYER must notify the SELLER via email.
Returned products must:
• be unused
• be in original condition
• include original packaging and accessories
• include the invoice
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is received.
If the product has decreased in value due to misuse by the BUYER, the BUYER may be liable for compensation.
11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Returns may not be accepted for:
• products customized according to buyer specifications
• products damaged after delivery due to misuse
• products altered or modified by the buyer
• products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER fails to fulfill payment obligations, the BUYER shall be responsible for any interest, fees, or legal costs arising from such default in accordance with applicable financial agreements.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
14. ENTRY INTO FORCE
By completing the order on the website and confirming payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
